Thanks to the many volunteers who participated in the Friends of Bombay Hook fall highway cleanup this past November 16. As evident by the many bags of trash collected, the volunteer crew’s work was much needed. Area roads including Whitehall Neck Road, Parson Point Road, Raymond Neck Road and sections of Route 9 to Leipsic were all covered in the Saturday morning cleanup. Special thanks to Arlene Davis for coordinating the highway cleanup.
Watch for an announcement of the next Highway cleanup in the Spring of 2020 and join us as the Friends work in the community.
